What I do
My job is unblocking drains: I clear blocked drains at any hour. When a pipe is damaged, I repair it from the inside without breaking anything.

Toilets and household drains
Blocked toilet, bathroom sink or kitchen sink that won't drain, water coming back up: I unblock the toilet and clear the drain.

Soil stacks
The soil stack is the pipe that runs down the whole building and collects the drains from every floor: when it blocks, several flats are stuck at once. I unblock it for apartment buildings, offices and businesses.

Outside drains and sewers
Overflowing outside drains, bad smells, a sewer that won't drain: I unblock the drains and clean the sewer pipes.

Flooding
Flooded cellar, garage or premises: in an emergency I come and clear the water out.

Relining
I repair damaged pipes from the inside, without breaking walls or floors: soil stacks, pipes under the floor, outside pipes, kitchen and toilet drains.

Camera inspection
I send a camera into the pipe and see where the problem is: soil stacks, horizontal sewers, toilets and kitchens.

Scheduled maintenance
For apartment buildings, restaurants and businesses I can schedule regular drain cleaning: call me and we'll talk it through.
Relining: the pipe is repaired from the inside
If a pipe is cracked or damaged, you don't necessarily have to break walls and floors: with relining, a new pipe is formed inside the old one.
I do it on soil stacks, pipes under the floor and outside pipes, including kitchen and toilet drains.
I look inside the pipe
With a camera inspection I see where the pipe is damaged and how badly.
I clean it
I remove scale and debris, so the liner bonds properly.
I insert the liner
A resin-soaked liner goes into the pipe and presses against the walls.
I check with the camera
Once the resin hardens, there's a new pipe inside the old one: I check it with the camera.

Yes, always: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Christmas and New Year included.
Do you empty septic tanks or cesspits?
No. I don't do vacuum tanker work, so I don't empty septic tanks or cesspits. I unblock drains and toilets, and do relining and camera inspections.
What is relining?
