Why it happens
Roots
Tree roots get into the pipes through the joints and slowly close them.
Grease, wipes, sand
They come from the drains in the house and settle at the bottom of the drain.
Leaves and soil
In outdoor drains, especially after a storm.
Broken or sunken pipes
If a pipe gives way or breaks, dirt always stops in the same spot.
How I fix it
I unblock the drain and the pipes that connect it to the sewer, and clean the drainage system of the house or building.
With a camera inspection I travel along the horizontal sewer pipes and find roots, cracks and sunken sections. I repair damaged outside pipes with relining, without digging.
