Pipe relining in Rome: I fix pipes without breaking
A cracked soil stack, a damaged pipe under the floor, an outside pipe full of roots: I repair pipes from the inside, without opening up walls, floors or courtyards.
When relining is the answer
It keeps blocking in the same spot
The drain gets cleared but soon blocks again: there's often a crack or a deformed section that catches the dirt.
Damp and leaks
Stains on the wall, the floor or the ceiling of the flat below: a drain is leaking from a crack or a joint.
Roots in outside pipes
They get in through the joints of pipes in the courtyard or garden. Once they are removed, relining seals the pipe from the inside.
Old, cracked or scaled pipes
In older buildings pipes narrow and crack over the years: relining puts a new pipe inside them, without replacing them.
Where I do relining
For homes, apartment buildings, restaurants and businesses, all over Rome.
-
Soil stacks
The building's soil stack is repaired from the inside, without opening walls in the flats.
-
Pipes under the floor
A drain running under the floor is repaired without lifting the tiles and screed.
-
Outside pipes
Sewer pipes in the courtyard, the garden or under the garage: I repair them without digging.
-
Kitchen and toilet drains
The smaller runs too, the ones from the sink or the toilet to the soil stack.
How I do relining
A new pipe forms inside the old one, bonded to its walls: the pipe stays where it is and nothing gets broken.
I look inside the pipe
With a camera inspection I see where the pipe is damaged and how badly.
I clean it
I remove scale and debris, so the liner bonds properly.
I insert the liner
A resin-soaked liner goes into the pipe and presses against the walls.
I check with the camera
Once the resin hardens, there's a new pipe inside the old one: I check it with the camera.
